Students Stuck on Profile Screen

Hello,

 

My students are not able to continue beyond this screen.  ClassCraft has been working fine for months, but it started doing this yesterday.  Does anybody have a solution?

YES! The profile won't load and when they click the RETURN TO GAME, it doesn't work either.

Having the same issue with my students.

So I wrote to tech support and they made a change to address some issue. When you look at the top right  of each class there is a button that says, UNLOCK CLASS. Once you unlock the class, they can play again.

Hope this helps anyone looking for a solution to the problem!
