Trouble with Previous Accounts

Hi,

I think this concept is really neat and took a leap of faith and tried it for the first time. The kids I had who had never played had no issues, although I have about half of my kids who played before in the 6th grade and they could not join my classroom. When we tried to make them a new account, it told us that their email is already linked to an existing account. I tried to figure it out with my kids, but we just kept going in circles. It kept going to a screen asking for a class code, but the only code I could find was a student code when they created the new account. It just took us to the same dead end.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Would anyone know how to resolve it?
