Boss Battles as Teams Not Giving Damage

I have never had this problem before, but in doing a boss battle in teams for the first time since the +/- overhaul, the boss battles have not been giving damage to players. It still shows the damage animation, but does not show the graphics to actually deal with the damage afterwards. Is anyone else experiencing this?
