Student assigned to former teacher's account that is no longer in district

I have several students that played Classcraft before this year with a teacher that is no longer in our district and I have no way to contact.  How can I add these students to my classes?

Hi Mary, 

If you could send an email to support@classcraft.com with the name and if possible the email of the other teacher we can take a look at the activity log and archive the classes if we can confirm that there hasn't been any teacher activity for some time.

The other option would be for your students to log in to their accounts and to try and archive their characters, and then use your class code to join your class, however, if there is any delayed damage left in the other teachers class students will not be able to archive.
