[Solved] Quest map not showing on students app?

One of my students has an LG phone and her app works fine, except on the quest tab it just shows a white screen, no map or icons she can tap. She has reloaded the app and told me she deleted and re-downloaded. I was wondering if this is a common issue on some phones or if we are doing something wrong.
