[Solved] Sound not working on Videos

I have one particular student who can't hear the sound on the videos that I have embedded. Every other student can hear that sound, and the sounds on other apps are working just fine. Any suggestions?

Hi Ian,

Since your other students are able to consult the videos and this is only happening to one of your students, it is probably a setting on your student's computer.

Could you check the settings of the browser he is using and try with another browser to rule out this possibility?

If that does not work, I would suggest bringing the device to your school's IT department so that they can investigate.
