[Solved] Lost username

Hello there,

I've just archived my class and we are starting a new season with the same class now. Some of my students have forgotten their username and can't log in. They know their passwords but not the username. Is it possible to see them anywhere?

Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with some of your students having forgotten their username. We can definitely look into this for you today!

Although there is no place to see archived students via a teacher account, if you could send us their names and email addresses (to support@classcraft.com), we can absolutely do our best to search the system for the accounts.
