[Solved] Cannot insert YOUTUBE LINK or PIC in the forums in the Class

I got the problem when I was trying to insert the youtube link or pic in the forum.

After I click "insert video icon" on the toolbar, it did not pop up and insert the link...

I cannot insert any video or pic in the forum now.....
