[Solved] Can't choose powers

Some of my students signed up for the first time.  They were able to choose their class and gender, but when it came to choose their power, it shows up blank where the powers should be.  I know this is a glitch, because most of the other students are able to pick a power.  Is there a way to fix it? Or am I doing something wrong?
