Student changes classes

I had a student move from one of my classes to another.  I could not find a way to move them into the new class.  I removed them from the old class.  I tried to add them to my other class that they moved into and it tells me the student is in another class.  I don't want to multi-class because she is no longer in the other class.  What do I do to add her to the current class?

From Mélysa (customer support):

1) Go the class settings for the new class.
2) Click "Add Students," then click "Student Database."
3) Select the student you wish to import into the class.
4) Once the student has been added, you may go into the old class and remove the student safely. (Just click the pencil button across from their name, then "remove student.")
