[Solved] Just one student....

So, I have just ONE student that gets the spinning wheel of death and cannot log in. I have deleted her account and had her rejoin. I've had her change computers just to make sure it wasn't on our end - to no avail!

Help! We don't want the dragon to eat her because she's been left behind!
