I am using the game with Vocabulary. How often are people having students interact with the game?

I use the game daily, but focus most of my time with formative assessment (giving XP based on skill/literary focus of the day with three different levels). This is in addition to some of the behavior presets. I don't really use the messaging system too much, mainly because the students already interact on Google Classroom (no need to divide conversations/discussions between two locations).

I have had huge success with using Classcraft with individualized editing and revising centers. We ask students to analyze data, choose and review areas in need of strengthening, and then have them complete practice/games/etc/ then take assessments until they reach mastery. (This is a mini-unit). Essentially, this is a completely independent intensive review. We used classcraft as bonuses for achieving 80% or better on each strand. It was incredible how much it motivated the students (middle school 7/8)!

We also have been using classcraft as a daily Do Now activity with our "Sentence of the Week." I absolutely love the wheel of destiny!

HI! JUST IS THE FIRST TIME I´M GOING TO USE THIS PLACE, SO I´D LIKE MY STUDENTS ENJOY IT. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT LEARN!

Jen, how do you incorporate the sentence of the week with the wheel of destiny?  Thanks

I have the room set up in classcraft groups often. We simply give all students a few minutes to complete the sentence of week focus for the day, then I ask a question. Wheel of destiny selects a student to go for the win or a team who can work together in their group to try for correct answer.
