[Solved] Having trouble

I login and all my dashboard items are shifted so far to the left they don't appear in my screen. When I click on a green button at the top left which says continue it gives the class craft logo then my whole screen is white and I see nothing. This trouble only started today and it did this both on my school desktop (PC) and my laptop(MAC) tonight, curious if anyone has had this trouble and what to do? I emailed class craft (earlier today) and haven't gotten a response which surprised me since they have normally been very quick to respond.
