Classcraft eating up too much time...

Hello, all!

I have been using Classcraft for about three years now. This year, it seems to be eating up way too much class time. I used to do a daily event and then give kids 20 seconds to use powers that apply in the classroom. Then I went down to three days a week. I'm just wondering how others organize Classcraft time. If you could share your routine, I would greatly appreciate it!

I am about down to three days as well. I actually give about 2:00 minutes and use the time myself to set up and then I give points to the team that transitions best, Chromebooks closed and attentive. 

I also use the sound of the RE to get attention then leave the screen on to make announcements.
