[Solved] Random events could not be edited

Hi~I want to edit and add new random events today,

but i can't add or edit them when I click the button.

When I click the "edit" or "add new events" button, nothing happened, but the "import" button still works.

I use chrome 56.0.2924.87, please help me ,thank you!
