Quest - Upload with the Android app

The upload function for the quests on android phones doesn't seem to function properly. There is a grey area which reads "Klicken oder ablegen, um eine Datei hochzuladen". Something like "Click or drag to upload a File". But it doesn't work. Clicking isn't helping at all.

Furthermore the app and the website isn't fully translated into german.
