You have to make the students first.

In Settings>Students, there is a large green button at the top called ADD STUDENTS.

Add the student you want. (If the student is new to classcraft use "create new accounts")

Then, I recommend adding manually. Put the student's first and last name, then put it in a team (press "Finish" if there's no teams)

The student will pop up in the class list, with the class code beside it.
