Hi there,
I’m having a problem with students’ codes! Some logged in successfully, but there are couple of them couldn’t ! It says wrong student code!
Any idea?

Hi Elaaf! 

Student codes should only be used once, when students are creating their accounts. If you receive this error message, it means your students already created their accounts, and they do not need the code anymore. They can simply log in using their usernames/emails and passwords.
