Mage appearance

At the end of the school year I always ask students what they liked and disliked about classcraft that year. Mostly I'm looking for things I can do different and make better. However for 2 years in a row now is that the mages don't have a face or face options. I know that seems like such a simple thing, but my mage students (by a large majority) keep talking about it.

I'm not even sure if the developer's read this, so I'll throw it out to the general audience. Anyone else's mage students complain that their face isn't visible or that they don't get to even choose one at the start?
