This is my first quest! 

This is a quest for students who have difficulty following instructions, or don't bother reading instructions at all. It has a fun quiz and activity that are all about deciphering tricky instructions.

I really like your idea here! I teach 6th Grade, and their ability to ignore or brush past the most basic instructions is frustrating. We may give this a go and see how they do.
