New Quest Unlocks after completing a Quest?

I'd like a feature that unlocks a Quest/makes it visible to only the students that have completed a different Quest.  Teachers could order Quests this way.  Currently, I believe, you make it visible to all students as soon as one student is ready for it. I want to keep my students focused on one Quest at a time, but it is hard to do that when some students move faster and need access to new Quests.
