Logistics in an Elementary Setting

We started using CC building-wide this school year.  Last year, I was the only one using it; and now we have 9 classroom teachers (we are only 5th and 6th grade here) and our 5 Special Area (PE, Music, Art, Library, Computers) teachers using the program.  Our daily schedule is such that our students are with one teacher for *most* of the day, everyone goes to Special Area for 45 minutes per day, and some students move to a different classroom for Math each day.  We are currently struggling with how to incorporate CC with our schedule setup - since Special Area teachers only have each class for 45 minutes per week, how do we enable the use (and ease of use) of CC with those teachers so that the students are gaining and losing points everywhere they go each day?  Also, what ways have you found to enable assistants and office staff to award/take away points as they see students doing things throughout the day?

I apologize for the long post, but appreciate your input!

Hi Jennifer!

I have left a note to the Classcraft Partnership Manager of your school-wide plan to reach out with resources! Kelly Hinton will be more than happy to help you get up and running! If any other teacher reading this has tips, please don't hesitate to share! :)

Hope this helps!
