Did I see somewhere you could create a Quest for just a single student?  I thought I did, but cannot find it now.

At the moment, our quests have been created to be accessible to the entire class. I will add your suggestion to create quests for single students to our feature request database however! 

That option would be awesome!  Our school is doing a lot of personalized learning, and it's hard to have so many different paths.  Sometimes, it would be easier to have 2-3 quests for different levels within one block, rather than so many branches.

Would just like to second this. Australian education is pushing individuated learning pathways and being able to demonstrably show differentiation is, nowadays, an important component of my admin/teaching interface. 

Quests being set accessible for customisable groups would be a definite advantage for my teaching.

This would be a wonderful feature!

I noticed the last mention was almost a year ago.  Any headway being made on individual quests?  With the focus on individualized learning, being about to do that in Classcraft would make this already great program even better!

We have not had time to work on such a functionality yet. It does require a considerable amount of work as it changes most of how our Quest platform functions.

We have kept it in mind however and we totally understand that it would really help educators personalize their teaching to student's needs.

Keep your eyes open, such a feature may become a reality in the future!

For anyone interested, the feature is stop-gappable in the same manner I showed people to set up team meeting halls for closed discussions.

Create a quest-line and have it branch into as many quests as there are students - naming each branch student N quest-line and making this first branching quest be NON-self progressive and making progress beyond locked to completion (the green tick)

Make the first task to click on THEIR quest. Teacher checks on student name to continue in quest-line. Disregard any student in the wrong quest.

From that point create the individual quest for the student Along their personal line. I tend to name and number quests and view them in the scroll bar rather than the map as it gets messy when they start stacking.

(HINT) spread 2 layers of quest out while adding a new quest as it will help with linking. You can quickly drag all the elements back to a single spot after you finish.

Luke's suggestions is a great workaround for now, but I would definitely like to see this feature added as it has been over 2 years since it was suggested and there has been a significant increase in online platforms/education. My students are exclusively using Classcraft quests for their assignments this last part of the year. I am still waiting on linking this with Schoology since it is already linked with Google Classroom.
