Google Classroom and ClassCraft Assignment scores/turn-in aren't syncing

Hello,

After I grade/score assignments on Google Classroom, I go over to the Classcraft page and add HP/XP/GP for turn-ins and team bonuses. I've noticed though that sometimes, Classcraft doesn't register that any of my students have turned it in or that they were scored. Is there a time lag I should allow for? Refreshing the page didn't seem to update any information.

Hi Caleb,

This can happen if the student accounts are not linked to Google. Can you check with your students to make sure they're linked to Google through their account profiles?

Let me know how it goes!

I'm having the same issue. This is the first proper quest assignment my class has undertaken and they are very upset that their work (turned in, marked and returned on Google Classroom) hasn't carried over to classcraft.

Firstly: All student google accounts are linked, I've tested a few personally on their own devices.

Secondly: I left a student marked, but not returned. No difference to whether the score came through in classcraft.

Hi Matt,

You'll receive an email through our ticket system!

Thanks for your patience.

I'm having the same problem. I made sure all the students are connected to Google Classroom. I make an assignment on Google and copy it to all my other classes. Next, I go on Classcraft and set the mission points linking the GC with CC.

Hi there, Carlos!

Thanks for sharing this. I've had a deeper look through our documentation and it seems as though currently, this specific integration/feature has not yet entered the development stage. Please be assured that It is on our roadmap, however, and it'll be our pleasure to share and announce publicly as soon as it's ready!

I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. If you have any other questions or if there's anything else I can help you with, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at support@claccraft.com.
