Understanding "The Game"

I just started Class Craft with my students yesterday. One of my colleagues has been using it with her 5th grade class since November with great success in behavior and motivation. I was reading someone's post which informed me that there is not any real play. Students choose their characters' clothes, weapons, etc. I also learned to schedule a random event everyday. I'm not sure if they will want me to sing but... As the game progresses, I plan on involving students more and more like in the sentences to regain AP. Thanks! -Andrea
