Multiple Pathways on Quests
I am teaching a unit on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, and I am in the process of writing a quest for them on the habits. Their job is to guide a fictional character through life events to help them learn and apply the 7 Habits. I would love to give them a "Choose Your Own Adventure" style quest, where they can make mistakes and have opportunities to correct them based on their chosen path. I feel like this dynamic approach would be more interesting for the students instead of a linear approach.
Has anyone experimented with using multiple pathways on quests? I'm going to try it out myself and see if it works, but am looking for tips/suggestions if anyone else has done it yet. Thanks!
