[Solved] Healer Seeker Pet - Studen Concern

Posting as a question for my student.

When she views the Seeker pet for her healer character, it's yellow and above the shoulder, but when she saves and views her character with the normal background view, the pet is on the ground and blue (and sad, as my student says).
