Individual Character Stats

This is my 3rd year using this.  I would love it to be able to raise my character stats as they increase levels.  For example, start at 80 hp/30 AP for warriors and after every 5 levels their HP and AP would increase.  Like a role playing game.  Is this possible?

I have thought of this before, and I am not sure it would be a good idea.  I think it would seriously unbalance the game.  As they level, they gain new powers, many of which help them avoid damage.  So if you raise their HP and they have more "resistance" to damage from themselves and their teammates having better damage avoidance/mitigation, you are making it harder for the game to actually have a meaningful effect on the student.  I would worry that students would not consider losing HP a problem at some point, and therefore I would lose part of my ability to manage my classroom.

The way RPGs get around this problem is to ramp up the difficulty of the game, but you can't really do that in this game, because most likely you are just as hard on rulebreakers at the beginning of the year as at the end, if not a little more lenient at the end.

I suppose you could increase their AP, but the same problem might occur, just at a slower pace.

Anyway, the mechanics of this would be that you can't do it for individual students, but you can for the whole class, so if you really want to do this, you could have an increase each quarter or whatever.

Yes I agree.  Which is why I would start them lower than then the presets and have them work their way up.  So that in the beginning the damage would be significant.  Right now the damage doesn't seem to effect them.  Perhaps I need to raise the damage amounts.
