 I think it would be great if teachers could create their own bosses with whatever images they like. this way we can customize quests even further.

I think we could also use this concept to have students create quiz challenges that other students can face. The students character then becomes the boss for others to take on.

Good ideas! That would be really fun to have students create challenges for each other. They could earn XP for creating it (bonus XP for each person who does the challenge? That way they'll ask their friends to do it), and the person that beats it could earn XP and gold. I would want to make sure the challenges were previewed by the teacher before going live.
