[Solved] Students' characters are gone!

I am able to see all of my students from the teacher-side, but when they log on, it says "Waiting for Character to be Created." This only happens for my class. When they go to their other class that also utilizes Classcraft, they are able to see their characters.

I created a ticket and sent it to the dev team. 

Do they have the problem with computers or with the mobile app?

With the computers. They are accessing Classcraft on their Chromebooks.

My students are showing their characters gone too - some are saying archived - but everything looks normal on my end of it.
