[Solved] Approving Parents

I have parents logging in, but when I hit approve parent, it just says saved and then the approve screen opens again to ask if I want to approve them. But it isn't approving them. How can I approve them?

If you keep clicking approve it eventually goes away. I then look at the list and hit approve again by the student/parent link. After that when it does say saved I click to a new page and then return to the parent list and usually it says confirmed.

 

It is a bit glitchy, I'm not sure why, but its never not approved a parent for me. I've just had to click multiple times.

There is indeed a delay when approving parents. The dev team is looking into the issue. :-)
