Accessing & editing your profile
To access your profile:
- Click on the profile image in the upper right corner of your district or school dashboard
- Select My profile in the menu
The information on the lefthand panel will be different depending if you're a district or school administrator. District administrators can see license information:
- Organization name
- Date your licenses were activated
- Date your licenses are expiring
- Number of licenses purchased
- Number of remaining licenses
School administrators can see information about the district administrators such as their name and email address.
If you have any questions about your licenses, please contact your Classcraft Account Executive.
Information about your profile can be found on the righthand side of the profile. Here, you can:
- Upload or edit your profile picture
- Enter or edit your first and last name
- Change your email address
- Input or edit your phone number
- Select your display language
After making any change to your profile, click the Save changes button to confirm.
To edit your password, click on the Password tab, then:
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click Change password to confirm
