Why is my school data inaccessible?

Two reasons could explain why you can’t access all of your school data.

If you still see the “Initial Setup” section in the School Overview, this means that your school is not ready to play or that you did not complete your full setup. Make sure that you have marked each step as complete. The icon of a completed step will turn into a green checkmark:


If all the steps are complete, click on “Send Invitations” and confirm to unlock your school data and all features for your teachers.

If you can see a part of your data but have no School Climate or Engagement Indexes, check the date beside the title of the indexes card.


Before we can provide you with accurate data for these indexes, we need to analyze a sufficient amount of data. The School Climate and Engagement Indexes automatically unlock after 30 days. You’ll receive an email to let you know when they’re available for you.
