Teacher engagement
The teacher engagement section collects data of how teachers use Classcraft and how engaged they are with the platform.
Filtering options
Before you start looking at the data, make sure you’re looking at the data you want to see. You can adjust the date range of all the data displayed on this page by clicking on the date field. You can also narrow your search by:
- Student tags
- Teacher tags
- Teacher names
Data export
Click the Export button to export all the data from this page in a single .zip file that contains .csv files. This can enable you to create your own charts or keep the data as a reference.
Classroom management
This section displays how much and how well teachers are using the core classroom management mechanics of Classcraft. You can see which teachers:
- Gave Experience Points the most often and how many times they did
- Gave Gold Pieces the most often and how many times they did
- Removed Hearts the most and how many times they did

Quests
Quests are personalized learning adventures teachers can create to share their curriculum with their students. In this section, you can view how teachers at your school use Quests. You can view which teachers:
- Create and imported the most quests and how many
- Whose quests are completed by their students the most and how many students completed them
- Published the most quests on the marketplace and how many quests they published

Class Tools
The Class Tools range from timers to Random Events that teachers can use in class for a quick break. Because Kudos is a student-driven Class Tool, it’s not included in these stats.
In this section, you can see:
- What are the most popular Class Tools in your school and how often they’ve been used during the period
- Which teachers use the most Class Tools and how often they used them during the period

Communication
Teachers can use the Messaging feature to discuss with their students or their parents as well as make class announcements. This section lets you know which teachers exchanged the most messages:
- With their students and how many messages they sent
- With their students’ parents and how many messages they sent
