Multi-Class – Adding students and their characters from other classes

You can add students and their characters from another teacher’s classes or your own classes. If you are part of a school or district license, you'll automatically be connected to the other teachers at your school and have access to the Student Database.

Adding students from another teacher’s class

  1. Make sure that you and the other teacher are connected through Teacher Connect.
  2. In your class, proceed to your class settings.
  3. Click on the green “Add Students” button.
  4. Select “Add Existing Students.”
  5. Click on “Use Student Database” to view the list of students and select the ones you want to add.
  6. Click the green “Assign to Class” button to proceed.

Adding students from your own classes:

  1. In your class, proceed to your class settings.
  2. Click on the green “Add Students” button.
  3. Select “Add Existing Students.”
  4. Click on “Use Student Database” to view the list of students and select the ones you want to add.

    Note: If you want to add a student from Google Classroom, you will use the same procedure as above (“Add Existing Students” and “Use Student Database”).

  5. Click the green “Assign to Class” button to proceed.
