Is it possible to manage Classcraft with another teacher?
Classcraft is designed to be run by one teacher per classroom. However, you and another teacher can manage the game together, in a single classroom, by sharing an account or, if your whole school is playing Classcraft, by using the Co-Teachers feature.
If your whole school is playing Classcraft, you can do so by using the Co-Teachers feature. Otherwise, you can use a single account for both teachers, you could share login information with your co-teacher or aid. One person could operate the game from a desktop, the other from a mobile device (iOS or Android app).
If you've signed up using Facebook, Twitter, Google, Microsoft, ClassLink, or Clever, you can set up an email and password login for Classcraft in your account profile. This way, your co-teacher or aid can simply sign in using your email and unique Classcraft password.
Teachers may be working together to run Classcraft across grade levels or multiple classes and connected using Teacher Connect. In this case, each teacher can have their own account and add shared students into their classes. This way, students can play in multiple classes with the same character and account. (This is called Multi-Class.)
Additionally, it’s important for teachers to decide together what the game settings, random events, pledges, powers, and HP and XP presets should be so that they can remain consistent in how they run the game.
With the "Share Settings" feature, you can import game customizations other teachers have made.
If multiple teachers are using the Grade Converter, communicate about how often you input grades, especially if you share students. Too much HP loss in one day can be difficult for students to handle. If this becomes a problem, you could turn off the HP loss for the Grade Converter entirely (see "Game Rules" under "Advanced" in your class settings).
Good communication between teachers can ensure that Classcraft works smoothly from classroom to classroom.
