The Hall of Heroes — Archiving and unarchiving your character

Let's start with the most important thing: you can only have one active character per account.

If your whole school is playing Classcraft, you can use the same character in all of your classes. Otherwise, you’ll need one account per class. If you’re not sure which it is, ask your teacher.

Archiving your character

When you’re done playing Classcraft for the year, you can archive your character, so that you can use your account once again for a whole new adventure with a whole new character — that way it’s fair for everyone in your class!

To archive a character you’re done playing:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Choose My profile
  3. Scroll down and click Archive character

  4. Confirm by clicking Archive character again

Viewing archived characters in the Hall of Heroes

If your whole school is playing Classcraft, archived characters aren’t gone forever! To commemorate your exploits, all characters that are archived find their way to the Hall of Heroes.

To view archived characters:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Choose The Hall of Heroes

All of your archived characters are listed here, where you can revisit their looks and your awesome accomplishments. As an added bonus, any pet you fully trained with any of your archived characters can be equipped!

Unarchiving a character

If you mistakenly archived a character that you still need, you can bring it back into play.

To unarchive one of your characters:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Choose The Hall of Heroes
  3. Scroll down to view the character you want to unarchive
  4. Click the gray Unarchive button
  5. Confirm by clicking Unarchive character

Because you can only have one character at a time, your current character will be automatically archived. Also, you won’t be able to unarchive your character if the class it was in no longer exists.
